In the Bucharest industrial market, Costin is involved in establishing locations for rapidly growing e-commerce, courier companies and logistic operators. Recently, Fashion Days, appointed Costin Bănică for establishing a new regional hub of 13 000 sq m for the e-commerce business.

Costin provides consultancy on the industrial manufacturing projects developed in Romania by light or heavy manufacturers. Costin established in 2015 long-term industrial leases in greenfield and brownfield developments totaling more than 50 000 sq m.
