Cezar Florea

His main role was to establish the development strategy and grow the business line in Romania. After successfully launching the business line, Mr Florea has focused on Business Development and promoting JLL services. On the project he is running himself, he is delivering top quality project and cost management services to the Clients.

Cezar has more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry. He started working in the residential industry, building private dwellings. As site engineer he was responsible for delivery of the construction works, meeting the deadlines, quality expectation and budget constraints.

At JLL, Cezar coordinated large industrial project like Delphi (Iasi county), a +100 mil Euro project. Delphi is an American producer of spare parts for cars. Also among the industrial projects, we can mention Toro (Prahova county, next to Ploiesti), also an American investor in irrigation systems for agriculture. Another industrial project where Cezar was involved is Schlumberger, for their production facility in Romania. Besides industrial projects, Cezar has delivered several fit-out projects for different important Clients like Intel, Microsoft, Microchip, Carestream, Canon, MasterCard, Amazon, etc.
