Andrei has over 11 years’ experience in the Romanian real estate market which spans over different segments including capital markets, consultancy, retail leasing and retail tenant representation.
Andrei run Romanian capital markets team since August 2018. Since joining the Capital Markets team in 2014, Andrei has contributed to landmark transactions like the sale of Militari Shopping Center (€95MIO), The Radisson (€170MIO+), Sibiu Shopping City (€100MIO), Promenada (€148MIO).He joined JLL in May 2007 as Senior Consultant in the Retail Department. He then managed the Retail and, afterwards, the Research and Consultancy departments.
Andrei is responsible for sourcing and executing investment transactions in Romania. He provides advisory services for disposals and acquisitions, portfolio transactions, as well as financing deals, throughout the entire transaction process.
In 2015 Mr Andrei Vacaru has temporarily relocated to Warsaw, Poland, to work alongside the CEE Retail Capital Markets team.
