Andreea Hamza

Andreea has recently been appointed as the Living Department Senior Director for Romania. She is responsible for company’s residential clients: developers and investors. Based in the Bucharest office,  Andreea is acting on behalf of investors, providing them advice and help in development and implement complex marketing and sales strategies.

Andreea has 17 years’ experience in leasing and selling residential properties, developing sales and marketing strategies and performing market studies. The clients she has worked with range from large multinational companies and development companies to individuals.

Performing and coordinating sales of more than 2,700 units with a total value of over 250 mil EUR for clients such as Patron Capital, GTC, Technical Olympic, Oracle, OMV-Petrom, Coca-Cola, ABN Amro Bank, American International School of Bucharest, Electrolux, Unilever, Philip Morris, KPMG, Carrefour and many others, Andreea is one of the most experienced professionals in the Bucharest residential market.
