New Yorker joins the tenants of AFI Palace Cotroceni


Jones Lang LaSalle, the co-exclusive leasing agent for AFI Palace Cotroceni, announces the signature of the leasing contract with  German retailer New Yorker. New Yorker is opening in AFI Palace Cotroceni its second unit in Bucharest of approximately 800 sqm.
New Yorker is a German retail chain that ranks with more than 700 stores in 25 countries as one of the leading young fashion companies in Europe, providing its young target market, the 12-39 year olds, with up-to-the-minute, trendy collections at attractive prices. New Yorker’s product range consists of five own-brand labels: fishbone and fishbone sister (sports- and streetwear); amisu (feminine high fashion); smog (trendy, casual menswear) and censored (underwear and swimwear).
 
Jones Lang LaSalle secured for AFI Palace Cotroceni other anchor tenants such as Inditex, C&A, Mango, Koton, Reserved, Deichmann, Humanic, LC Waikiki, Diverta etc.
The project is due to open this autumn and will be the largest shopping centre in Romania with a Gross Lettable Area of 76,000 sq m.
